An Open Letter to Our Subscribers
IWe’ll keep this honest — we hate financial TV pundits. The loud talking heads, the dramatic predictions, the endless noise… it’s all designed to entertain, not to inform. And frankly, it rarely helps you make smarter investment decisions.
FVEr exists because we believe retail investors deserve better.
At its core, FVEr is a backtested, data-driven investment strategy that we actually use ourselves — no fluff, no gimmicks. We’re not here to sell you a course. We’re not promising to make you rich overnight. And we’re definitely not yelling at you through a screen. We’re simply giving you clear, evidence-based alerts rooted in logic and statistics — not headlines and hype.
Yes, we do charge for access to our alerts. We debated offering everything for free. But to keep this platform alive, we need to cover basic costs like server space, data access, and continued model development. We’re not in this to extract maximum profit — we just want to stay sustainable and keep providing value to those who believe in what we’re building.
So what are we building?
We’re currently in Beta 2 of the FVEr platform. This is a live experiment in transparent investing — where we share not only what our model signals, but why. Our vision is to make institutional-grade, backtested models accessible to the retail investor, affordably and transparently.
Long term, we believe this strategy belongs in an ETF — a real product, with a published methodology, a low expense ratio, and performance anyone can track. But until we reach that scale, we’re going to keep showing up here: sharing signals, explaining our approach, and building trust one subscriber at a time.
If we reach critical mass — if enough of you stick with us — we’ll grow this into something bigger: possibly new products, deeper research, and eventually that ETF we believe in.
But for now, it’s us, you, this model, and a website we’re working hard to keep alive.
